Layton Croft has been passionate about and deeply connected to Mongolia and Mongolian culture for the past 26 years and counting. He lived and worked and spent time in every part of Mongolia over a total 15 years. He remains actively involved in non-profit and for-profit organizations working in and for Mongolia, promoting cultural heritage research and protection, education and social development, and sustainable economic development

His connection to Mongolia has grown over more than two decades, during which he has lived, worked, and traveled throughout the country.

In addition to his involvement in the business sector, Croft also remains active in nonprofit and commercial efforts that promote cultural preservation, youth advancement, education, and sustainable economic development. His persisting relationship with Mongolia continues to influence his work and his commitment to supporting the next generation.
